Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our HR team, and in particular our Kickstart lead Michelle Spalding, we have been put forward for the first round of voting in the Authentic ESG category at the FF Awards 2022.
This award is presented to organisations that demonstrate a commitment to ESG beyond public perception and pursue authentic, passionate long-term goals.
When the government unveiled the Kickstart scheme in 2020, our HR team had a vision of supporting young people to find fulfilling careers. Trust Payments made the decision to earmark 120 roles for the initiative, of which 88% went on to take on full time positions with the company.
By creating this many jobs for young people across the UK, Trust Payments has given vital opportunities in a competitive jobs market, as well as being able to provide essential training that will prepare them for their careers.
