Main purpose of the job:
 
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role, impacting on the overall growth of Trust Payments. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, they will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of Trust Payments’ digital growth strategy. This includes social media, email marketing, campaign and workflow automation, SEO and maintaining all online assets of Trust Payments.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   Understanding end-to-end customer journeys and mapping out workflows for leads and creating lead nurture automation.
•   Writing copy for and designing emails for vertical and product specific campaigns.
•   Collaborating with the wider team to identify gaps in campaigns.
•   Creating onboarding and vertical specific emails.
•   Managing automated emails for Trust Pilot/NPS.
•   Supporting with SEO strategy to ensure optimisation of website and sub sites.
•   Setting up lead scoring and workflows for MQLs and SQLs.
•   Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the automation flows.
•   Setting up workflows in new website platform and other tools like Salesforce, Unbounce and Pardot
•   Supporting the wider team on other digital channels including social.
 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
•   3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Automations/ Email Marketing
•   Excellent knowledge of automation and workflows
•   Great at designing and building emails
•   Excellent understanding of lead nurture
•   Good copy writing skills
•   Agile, with an ability to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
•   An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines
•   Desirable knowledge of Java/HTML
o   Pardot
o   Optimisely
o   Adobe Creative Cloud

Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
