Job Title: Head of Commercial – Trust Retail
Intro

Main purpose of the job:
Being an industry expert in retail you will be ideally placed to lead on driving new business and retaining and growing existing client’s revenues in the retail sector while working with the Trust Retail leadership to guide product, marketing departments in the retail space.
In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for the business to drive sustainable growth across the retail sector. You will help to drive demand, build awareness and gain traction in the market for the Trust Retail SaaS products as well as the Trust Payments solutions. You will help define target markets, competitive pricing models, build a pipeline and deliver success by winning new business. You must have extensive experience in understanding retailer needs.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Sales & Marketing Strategy Development: Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for Trust Retail
• Work with retail prospects and customers to managing and influencing executive stakeholders (Director level and above) joining discussions with key retailers in both pre and post sales process
• Team Leadership and Management: Build, Lead, motivate, and inspire the newly created sales team
• Provide clear direction and set performance goals and monitor team performance to achieve sales targets
• Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines
• Customer Relationship & Account Management; working strategically with the customers via the Account Managers to ensure adoption, retention and growth and also be a point of escalation
• Manage and grow strategic partners
• Sales Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the sales team and work with training team to design and deliver effective training programs
• Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales process improvements, product enhancements, and pricing strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
