Main purpose of the job:
 
Trust Payments is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Your goal is to grow and manage our digital presence through our retail proposition. As our Retail Marketing Manager, you will work with our Head of Marketing to activate marketing campaigns for our target market. This role is one of our core pillars of growth for the next 5 years.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   Partner with the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders to set a vision for our Retail business unit
•   Help define the customer value proposition and GTM strategy for Retail
•   Build and maintain the core marketing elements such as strategy, playbooks, messaging collateral, dedicated website content, data sheets, white papers, webcast content, presentations and thought leadership
•   Act as a key contact for the marketing organisation to provide retail-focused content, customer insights and feedback as they create innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, web design, persona development and target marketing refinements to build pipeline
•   Develop a rich understanding of the market, analysing customer, competitor and market trends in intricate detail, and gleaning insight that is powerful and compelling.
•   Support the wider marketing team on events, webinars and other marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI across all channels
•   Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
•   Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•   Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
•   Field stakeholder requests, prioritizing workflow, and identifying new opportunities
 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
•   Experience in the retail (EPOS, SCO, IM), CRM or loyalty sector as demonstrated by a current understanding of the sector including competitive landscape, business models and trends
•   Retail marketing experience
•   Campaign Management (Acquisition, In-life, Up-selling & cross-selling, retention)
•   Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas. Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
•   Professional writing and proof-reading experience in English
•   Excellent multichannel campaign strategy, management and executional experience
•   Proven work experience as an marketing manager or digital marketing specialist
•   Proficiency in marketing automation technology
•   Familiarity with analytical and database tools
•   Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
•   Strong project management skills
•   BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
•   Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
•   CRM platform experience (Salesforce – preferred, HubSpot, Oracle)
•   Reporting and data management
•   Project management
•   CMS management (WordPress)

Security statement

Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
