Main purpose of the job:
 
This is an exciting new role for Trust Payments that will conduct end to end business analysis and reporting across the Trust client lifecycle, from prospecting to CRM to churn. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering analytics and reporting solutions across functions and lifecycle stages in order to drive customer growth and stakeholder value. The successful candidate will be expected to partner across the business analysis team as well as the wider business including sales, account management and operations.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   Lead data analysis projects, from stakeholder requirements collection, project management, to delivery

•   Partner across the data, technology and operations teams to instil a data-driven culture at Trust Payments

•   Develop metrics and reporting for end-to-end merchant analytics

•   Automate production of reporting and data delivery across different

•   Understand the business implications of work; using this understanding to make recommendations when collaborating with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority

 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
•   Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or another relevant field

•   Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in data analytics roles, with strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL/Postgres) and Python

•   Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau and Quicksight currently in use)

•   Proven experience in data analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

•   A demonstrable track record of proactively identifying and creating value in data

•   Outstanding communication skills and ability to translate complex data and analytical concepts into clear business language to senior stakeholders

•   Experience within product-centric organisations
•   Experience in financial services, ideally payments (gateways, acquiring and processing)

•   Knowledge of AWS infrastructure, especially databasing (RDS, Redshift, Aurora)

•   Knowledge of Salesforce

•   Working across a matrix environment including sales and operations
