Technical product enhancements in November

Our technical teams worked to make over 36 product enhancements through November. The top three for you to be aware of are:

New user role created for MYST
Merchants will now see a new user role: ‘View only transactions, fees and merchant settlements’. This role can see acquirer fees on transactions and daily merchant statements in addition to having the features of ‘View only transactions’. This role will require the user to have multi-factor authentication. Site Admin users can assign this role by creating a new User.

ST PayMe renamed to Pay by Link and new user role created
Merchants will now see that ST PayMe has been renamed to ‘Pay by Link’ in in MyST and documentation. A new user role has been created called ‘Pay by Link’. This role has the same privileges as the old ‘ST PayMe’ user which is now deprecated. All existing users have now been updated to this new role. There is no change to the way users log in.

Removal of old Secure Trading branding
Logos and the company name have been updated to Trust Payments on Merchant and Customer emails sent from the system and the Payment Pages.
