Trust Payments, the global unified payments group, has partnered with Hospitality Digital Services (HDS) to offer TRU Link which enables fast and easy integration with the HDS POS system, ConciergeHub, and Trust Payments’ card machine terminal. The integration will see HDS UK customers benefit from an enhanced customer experience, enabling them to:

– Cut queues and turn tables faster. The cashier will not need to enter the amount on the POS card terminal as this will be updated automatically. Customers wait less time to pay, and queues can be cleared faster.
– Eliminate errors. As the POS system is directly linked to HDS’s technology there is no room for error in keying the wrong amount into the card terminal.
– Offer mobile ordering and payments. Offer customers the option to order and pay within an app-less solution, reducing the need for social contact between customers and staff and turning tables faster.
