Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Marketing
 
Intro
 
Whilst most of Trust Payments are working from home at present due to local guidelines, our Covid secure offices have still been open for people that can’t work from home. We’ve hired and onboarded more than 70 people virtually since the pandemic started and have grown significantly as a business. Our plan is to exceed that in 2021 and a further 100+ people across our many locations.
 
We’ve adapted our ways of working to ensure that new starters that join feel part of one big virtual team. From regular town halls, to coffee mornings and dedicated mental health days, we want to ensure we put the needs of our employees first, during such difficult times. Main purpose of the job:
 
Trust Payments is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing company and marketing team. Your goal is to grow and manage our digital presence globally through our 2 brands by driving more traffic/leads to our digital channels, increasing conversion, improving customer journeys and user experience throughout.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   Manage the day to day running of our websites
•   Drive sales activations and generate leads through ongoing and quarterly digital activity including
   o   Product / service promotion – payments, point-of-sale, platform
   o   Content development – asset curation, copy editing and copywriting, content gathering, creative / studio designing, project management
   o   Testing – campaigns, content, software (Website, Social Media)
•   Plan campaigns / efforts / launches with a cross-functional team
•   Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
•   Optimize results to replicate successes
•   Field stakeholder requests, prioritizing workflow, and identifying new opportunities
•   Set up signup/landing pages and confirming experience flows
•   Help improve processes and explore approaches
•   Setup regular training session with stakeholders
•   Ensure all Customer touchpoints are kept updated including; website, email campaigns, social media, etc.
•   Establish budgets, financial models, performance metrics, and tracking systems for regular analysis and reporting
 
Experience and Qualifications :
 
•   CMS management (WordPress)
•   Extensive knowledge of HTML & CSS
•   Web Designing
•   SEO and SEM experience
•   Google Suite of products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.)
•   Experience with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, MOZ), web analytics tools (e.g. WebTrends, SEMRush) and testing software (e.g. Hotjar)
•   CRM Experience (Salesforce – preferred, HubSpot, Oracle)
•   Reporting and data management
•   Project management
•   User Experience design and development
•   Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
•   Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua)
•   Campaign Management (Acquisition, In-life, Up-selling & cross-selling, retention)
