Job Title:  Fraud and Authentication Product Coordinator
 
Intro
 
Whilst most of Trust Payments are working from home at present due to local guidelines, our Covid secure offices have still been open for people that can’t work from home. We’ve hired and onboarded more than 100 people virtually since the pandemic started and have grown significantly as a business.
 
We’ve adapted our ways of working to ensure that new starters that join feel part of one big virtual team. Main purpose of the job:
 
Working closely with the Product Manager you will:
 
•   Review and define business requirements, including mandates from card schemes and regulators specific to our 3DS and fraud products
•   Assist with product definition and documentation and support release planning
•   Provide support for merchant on-boarding and migration on fraud, chargeback and authentication projects
•   Assist with preparation of comprehensive action plans e.g. for new product launches
•   Provide support on merchant and internal stakeholder queries
•   Document release notes (From technical documentation to more product-friendly information that clearly articulates what functionality will be released to our      customers / partners)
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
•   Understand business requirements and transfer to system and application requirement
•   Design, analysis and documentation of High Level Requirement (HLR), Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD);
•   Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
•   Review HLRs, BRDs, or FSDs prepared by other business users or business partners;
•   Work with the Product, Project and technical teams to eliminate blockers
•   Assist in the production of ongoing collateral material, perform competitor analysis, provide input to sales and training materials for the commercial teams
 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
•   Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
•   An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, spreadsheets, schedules and step-by-step action plans
•   Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
•   Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
•   Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
•   Knowledge of card scheme mandates and acquiring business considered an asset
