Job Title:  Head of Operations Transformation & Delivery
 
Intro
 
Whilst most of Trust Payments are working from home at present due to local guidelines, our Covid secure offices have still been open for people that can’t work from home. We’ve hired and onboarded more than 100 people virtually since the pandemic started and have grown significantly as a business.
 
We’ve adapted our ways of working to ensure that new starters that join feel part of one big virtual team. From regular town halls to coffee mornings and dedicated mental health days, we want to ensure we put the needs of our employees first, during such difficult times. Main purpose of the job:
 
•   Lead Operations Transformation and Delivery function for the Trust Payments group (with offices in London, Harrogate, Bangor, Malta, and US)
•   Lead operations change management programme across Trust Payments group
•   Lead operational readiness workstreams for strategic programmes and new market expansion across Europe
•   Deliver process improvement across operations and other areas such as risk and compliance
•   Manage the build out and scaling of a new UK Operations centre for Trust Payments FCA licensed entity. Acting as site leader for this Operations centre
•   Partner with Commercial, Product, IT and Operations to ensure new platforms, products and services are seamlessly integrated into Trust Payments operations      across the group
•   Own Operations Transformation and Delivery reporting pack that is presented to the wider business and EXCO
•   Member of Operations Committee, either at Acquiring, or group, or both as requested
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
•   The successful Head of Operations Transformation & Delivery responsibilities
•   Provide business operations leadership and direction to the business – taking a group wide view on our operations change management processes and      methodology
•   Operational readiness workstream lead on strategic programmes, ensuring business operations departments across the group are engaged and part of the      programme sign-off process
•   Operations lead on new market entry plans and projects – ensuring a consistent approach to operations delivery across geographies where Trust Payments group      has a presence
•   Manage operations teams that are part of the UK Operations centre
•   As well as acting as site leader at the offices
•   Develop and implement business operations process improvement including operations, risk compliance, etc for areas such as workflow management
•   To include delivering budgets and processes to an agreed time frame
•   Maintain senior management cross functional relationships with Sales, Product, IT and Operations to deliver a consistent operational model for all client groups,      products, and services
•   Champion for continuous operational improvements across group companies
•   Senior operations representative on projects being delivered across the group
•   Deliver department KPIs that are agreed with the business
•   Manage internal reporting pack and OLA’s/SLA’s, including weekly function reporting and monthly reporting to company EXCO
•   Manage UK Operations centre reporting pack
•   Build out department resources as required
 
Experience and Qualifications:
 
•   Proven track record in an Operations leadership role, including executing operations change management
•   Payment operations leadership experience
•   Successfully delivering business operations KPIs
•   Manage high performance teams in a business operations environment
•   Lead and deliver large programmes and projects across operations departments
•   Operate in a multi-regional environment
•   Experience of a matrix organisation structure
