New fee being introduced November

From time to time merchants may request a change to their merchants account settings. In these cases we shall apply a fee of £25 to ensure the timely processing of the change request.

From time to time, merchants may request additional data to be provided that is over and above the standard data that we provide. In these cases, a nominal fee of £40 will apply per request.

In cases where a merchant account does not have any new transactions for two consecutive calendar months, a Dormancy Fee of £40 per month will be assessed to your account. If you have a valid reason why your account may be temporarily inactive for a period of more than 2 months, please inform your Account Manager.
