Trust Payments launch new website

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve launched our new website to coincide with our new omnichannel payment solution, and our new TRU//ST Payments brand.

The new-look website aims to make it simpler for all of our customers make the most of our services, and have a valuable resource of information to draw on 24/7.

  • Simpler navigation, granting easier access to product information, as well as our community and support pages
  • Easy access to MyST for gateway customers and RAM for acquiring customers
  • More in-depth support and insights to help you answer any questions, and learn how to make the most of our services

Your personal area, whether this is MyST or RAM, will continue to function as normal, and our company name will continue to appear on your bill as STL or STFS, depending on which of our services you currently use.

Security statement

Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
