Toureasy offers short breaks and holidays by coach, initially to customers across the South West of England (pick-up points across the Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham areas) and South Wales. Its core offering is Leisuretime, which is the UK’s first and only sustainable coach tour operator letting tourists balance their love of travel with the need to protect the sights and destinations that they visit.
Leisuretime’s holidays, along with its entire back-office operation, are 100% carbon neutral, giving certified Net Zero holidays every time with sustainability as standard and accessible for all.
The Problem
Toureasy wanted to replace older legacy technology with a more modern travel-focused payment solution that could be effortlessly integrated and facilitate simplified transaction management, while offering a simple and efficient booking experience for both the traveller and internal staff.

Trust Payments has helped make holiday bookings simpler and have addressed the expensive fees Toureasy had been receiving. In addition to now benefitting from lower transaction fees, there are indirect savings from spending much less time reconciling funds.
