In 2019, under new management, Trust Payments restructured to establish itself as a leading FinTech payments and software solutions provider. Our Converged Commerce™ platform brings Storefront, Payments, Loyalty and Data Management together in one flexible and secure solution. It also uses cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain for frictionless transactions, new application development and helps to manage risk for our customers – today and tomorrow.

With an excellent track record in payment solutions since 1998 and an unrivalled focus on the customer, Trust Payments has a team of over 500 people across 11 offices worldwide. We are a leading provider of payments and next-generation commerce technology for SMBs, mid-market players and enterprise retailers in the UK, Europe and US. Partners, developers and merchants who work with us benefit from our 25 years of payments experience in Retail, Travel, Hospitality, and Financial Services amongst other markets.

Security statement

Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
