Keeping customers’ payment information up-to-date does not need to be complex, costly and time-consuming anymore.

Trust Payments Account Updater automatically updates customers’ card details for you when they change. So you get paid on time and your customers enjoy a seamless uninterrupted service. You can focus on growing your business and customers can focus on living their lives.

We support both Visa Account Updater (VAU) and Mastercard’s Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) services. This means all Mastercard and Visa-branded cards are supported.

How it works

1. Submit stored card details

Submit your stored card details 3 working days before billing.

2. Card details are checked

Card details are checked by the card scheme network and updated.

3. Receive card details updated

Receive a file with your card details updated.

Yes. A standard fee applies across each ‘Scheme Request’ initiated.

We recommend allowing 3 business days prior to the payment due date.

Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
