Seamless integration

It seamlessly integrates with your current monitoring and harm detection processes, providing a comprehensive view of your clients' gambling behaviours and enabling informed decision-making.

Versatile solution

ProbH is applicable in multiple use cases, including new account checks, ongoing monitoring, and authorisation. It delivers actionable insights to promote responsible gambling practices throughout your business.

Fewer inaccuracies

With ProbH, evaluating the risk level of each gambler is effortless. A simple score outcome is easily accessible via our user-friendly API endpoint or Trust Payments interface, allowing quick and appropriate measures for customer well-being.

How it works

Sub-second response time means scoring can be integrated into multiple use cases. Here’s an example of just one:

Scoring triggered

Scoring can be triggered by an account opening, wallet load or part of regular monitoring.

Details processed

Your system connects to the Trust Payment's ProbH API with the customer details.

Score calculated

The ProbH algorithm then calculates a ProbH score in less than a second.

Score blended

The ProbH score is then blended with other customer data.

Action taken

You can then take action based on the final score, such as daily limits or customer intervention.

“The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and other regulators enforce reducing gambling harm with substantial fines for inadequate care. Trust Payments leads with over 6% market share in the UK/EU27 online gambling market in 2023. Our significant presence in debt restructuring agencies provides unique insights into personal financial distress indicators. Leveraging this data, we’ve developed ProbH—a groundbreaking “probability of harm” score. Our algorithm, driven by machine learning and statistical techniques, analyses 50 million gambling transactions and data from a dozen debt restructuring agencies. It predicts the likelihood of harm from gambling transactions. Retrieve the ProbH score swiftly via our API endpoint, integrating it seamlessly into decision-making, client monitoring, and intervention processes.
