New ownership for Trust Payments, Acquiring.com and TruPayMe – a new era under Trust Payments

LONDON, 8th May 2019: Payments group Trust Payments, acquiring.com and TruPayMe, a leading provider of omnichannel payment processing and business solutions in Europe and North America, announces new ownership beginning today.


CORDET Capital Partners LLP (“CORDET”), an independent UK FCA-regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager, advised and coordinated a group of investment partners (the “Investors”) in the acquisition of and further capital injection into the Group.


The Group’s holding entity will operate under the new ownership and brand name of Tru//ST Payments Limited. The Group will operate in Europe under the Trust Payments and acquiring.com brands, and in the US under Trust Payments. The Maltese entity transfer, acquiring.com, is subject to regulatory approval.


The Group will provide full suite payments offerings under the Tru//ST brand.
