Trust Payments is pleased to launch the operation of its 24/7 support team for customers who are using their payment gateway, MyST portal and point-of-sale (POS) services. Merchants are now able to contact a real human at any time of day using their choice of email, web form, and over the phone – with chat and additional services coming soon. 

Ilona Rowley, UK head of operations said of the launch:

“Our merchants are located all over the world, and are taking payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We want to be right there with them at the moments they need us, offering the support they need to ensure business can run smoothly.” 

We have strived to maintain a call answering service during the difficult circumstances of the pandemic, with a combination of home and office-based team members. We would encourage our customers to choose to email us with their queries during this period, rather than use the phone for a faster service.
