Trust Payments Launch Merchant Education Series

LONDON, March 25th : Trust Payments, a market leader in providing online payment solutions, have today announced the launch of a 2020 Merchant Education Series. The education series is designed to provide resources and tools for merchants to help them fully understand the evolving world of payments. Trust Payments will partner with thought leaders in areas including customer engagement, security, point of sale and local payment methods.

“We recognise that the changing landscape of payments makes it difficult for merchants to stay in the know on the latest technologies and systems available to them,” Jonathan O’Connor, Chief Commercial Officer of Trust Payments said. “The complexities are such that we feel, as a payments company with two decades of experience, that it is our duty to keep our customers informed of regulatory, technology and market changes. We will deliver the information in a simple and convenient format for our customers to access,” added O’Connor.

The first webinar in the series will be co-hosted by engagement architects Mobilize Systems. Mobilize manage the engagement and loyalty systems for some of the UKs largest loyalty schemes, and will also be offering loyalty workshops to any of Trust Payments’ customers who attend. “We are delighted to share our knowledge with such an innovative payments company and their customers,” said Martin Steinmann, Managing Director of Mobilize Systems. “Most loyalty or engagements systems are built on legacy technology which can seem daunting to try to change and improve. We hope that this education series will allow merchants to grow their customer base confidently,” he added.

Merchants can attend the webinars live and will have access to previous recordings, so they can follow at their own pace. Customers of Trust Payments will receive invites to the series starting on Tuesday 26th of March 2019. “We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our products and services and we want to have a rich and valuable relationship with partners and customers. We learn a lot from our merchants and hopefully this series will begin to return the favor,” concluded O’Connor.
