Trust Payments are delighted to be speaking and exhibiting at this year’s Innovation in Payments and Remittance (IPR) Event as a Platinum Sponsor on 26th and 27th September. We are also excited to be shortlisted for IPR’s Exceptional Customer Experience Award which will take place on 28th September.
Presentation and panel
On Day 1, Wayne Gould, Head of Financial Services at Trust Payments, will be part of a panel – Navigating the Payments and Remittance Landscape: Trends, Predictions & Pioneering Progress – at 13:30-14:45. He will be discussing key trends, emerging technologies and regulatory changes that are impacting the remittance industry. The panel will share best practices on strategies for enhancing customer experiences, the need for financial inclusion, and the challenges and opportunities in cross-border transactions.
Wayne will then stay on the main stage to host Trust Payments’ Sponsor Presentation “Unlocking the Power of Payments Processing: A Roadmap for Remittance Businesses” from 14:45 to 15:00. This session will showcase why Trust Payments are the go-to payment provider for remittance firms and will explore the key benefits businesses can get from working with experts in payment processing.
Our stand
Trust Payments will be at Stand 3, with Wayne, Theo Kenward, Claire Stones, and Stephanie Benelli available to answer any queries you might have about how we work with remittance firms. With IPR being a hybrid event, we’ll also have an online booth that Tony Malpeli-Bonner will manage throughout the event.
Shortlisted for Customer Excellence Award
Alongside our stand and speaking at the show, we’ve also been shortlisted for the Exceptional Customer Experience Award in the associated IPR Awards. Award nominees have demonstrated outstanding achievements, setting standards for excellence in the industry, and we are immensely proud of everyone at Trust Payments for helping us get shortlisted for the accolade.
Winners will be announced at the IPR Awards Ceremony on Tuesday September 26th after the conference where the IPR judging panel will take the stage to determine the winning nominee. Join us in wishing good luck to our attendees – fingers crossed!
We hope to see as many merchants as possible at IPR either virtually or in person.
