Founded in 2019, Trust Payments has grown from an ecommerce-only merchant services acquirer into a full suite omnichannel payments and SaaS Solutions group that is fully regulated in the UK and EU. In its first five years, the business has grown exponentially reporting over £100m+ in Net Revenue and now employs c.500 members of staff across 12 worldwide offices.

Focused on key areas in retail, travel, hospitality, financial services and emerging verticals, the business now processes transactions in double-digit billions annually and is growing at market-leading rates supporting over 20,000 merchants globally.

Trust Payments is led by a strong executive steering committee which is chaired by Holden as Group CEO and consists of seasoned industry experts with combined decades of experience in payments, commerce and financial services.
In addition to CORDET’s governance, the business is also overseen by Non-Executive Directors who are renowned in the industry including Sir Michael Rake, former chairman of BT Group and Worldpay and Masha Cilliers, a senior professional with over 25 years’ experience in payments across online and customer present channels, fraud and identity management and compliance.
