Meet Emma Vassallo

Head of Account Management

She is an expert in partnerships with years of experience in payments, particularly in the last couple of years of gaming. One of the critical sectors for our partners is gaming, facilitating all worldwide gaming licenses. Due to this, SiGMA is an important event for Trust Payments where we set up meetings with existing and prospect Partners and their sub-merchants to discuss their Gaming needs and requirements. Meet Ryan Cachia

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan brings a wealth of financial expertise from the banking and payments to Trust Payments’ Gaming and Gambling vertical. His career achievements include setting up companies under MFSA (Malta) licenses and building them into principal members of both Visa and Mastercard. His increasingly senior industry roles include Fortis Bank, NBG Bank, Insignia Cards and PayMix. Ryan is focusing on restructuring the Finance organisation to support the rapid growth of Malta’s gaming and gambling sector and building Trust Payments into a £100m+ revenue-generating payments platform. Meet Jean Paul Barthet

Business Development Manager – Gaming

JP is renowned for being forward-thinking. He has an impressive record of accomplishment in business development, technology builds, operations management & payments solutions in the iGaming sector, during his 20+ years international career. Before joining Trust Payments, JP was part of the Senior Management Team of Virgin Games in Malta, which was also responsible for the sale of Virgin Games’ complete operations and brand to Gamesys.

JP has recently joined Trust Payment’s Gaming Team to bring his industry experience and network to help drive the growth of Trust Payment’s footprint in the Gaming sector. Meet John Pace

Chief Business Development and Administration

John joined Trust Payments in 2016 and today handles promoting the company’s payment services in Malta, one area being in the Gaming and Gambling sector. He has more than 40 years of banking background, 20 of which were in the payment services industry, particularly card payments.

John is a member of EXCO in Malta and is also responsible for formalising business plans and introducing innovative products brought into the Gaming and Gambling sector on the island. Meet Jeannie Stinnett

Head of Commercial Programs (Senior Vice President)

Jeannie has over eight years of experience with Gaming and Fantasy Sports in the US. She is a consultative member of the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA). Before joining Trust Payments, Jeannie was instrumental in the sale and account management for the two largest Indian Casinos in the US – Foxwoods and Hard Rock. Additionally, Jeannie sold and managed the two largest Fantasy Sports accounts – Fan Duel and Draft Kings. Since joining Trust Payments, Jeannie has worked with our TRU Verify (compliance and KYC offering) for sports betting and eSports.

Meet Steve Grech

CEO Malta

Steve Grech has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in the card business, payments and e-commerce. He has been the CEO of Trust Payments Malta for the past 2.5 years and has previously held top positions at other banks and financial institutions in Malta. Steve brings a wealth of experience to the Trust team, focusing on finding best fits for the diverse customer portfolio that Trust supports, including the gaming sector in Malta and other EU jurisdictions. Steve has also served as Chairman or Vice-Chairman of FIMA, which is the association for financial institutions regulated in Malta for the past 3 years. Security is our top priority at Trust Payments and we strive to ensure that all data is kept secure at all times We keep all customer data safe with AES256 encryption, SSL Certificates, and a minimum of TLS1.2, between your website and our datacentres.

Our systems are scanned quarterly using the Qualys PCI Platform, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and approved vendors – Omnicybersecurity (UK) & Forgenix (US) – to ensure compliance with the security requirements of the card schemes.

We follow a number of rigorous security procedures on a daily basis including, but not limited to, continuous monitoring of our perimeter, dark web monitoring, and internal checks to ensure that CIA triad is maintained at all times.
